Chef Cho’s Seoul restaurants are booked months in advance due to his viral fame. And now, you have the opportunity to enjoy his creativity without the queues or indefinite wait list – right here in Hong Kong!

For a limited time, these culinary masters will present dishes created in collaboration, celebrating the rich traditions of Korean, Chinese, and Japanese cuisines.

Guests can continue to savour select dishes from this special collaboration until 3 August, including:

Sichuan Cucumber, Cold Chicken Salad, Cold Fish Salad, Uni Hot Stone Rice and, of course, Chef Kwang-ho’s signatures: Dongpo Pork and Mapo Tofu.

These delectable offerings will be available with reservations open for weekday lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Additionally, these dishes will be highlighted on our exciting “Summer Spectacular” menus throughout July, allowing guests to relive the unforgettable flavours and memories.
